Job Description
The Benefits & Leave Management Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration and coordination of employee benefits and leave of absence programs. This role serves as a key operational support to the Benefits Manager by ensuring accurate processing of benefits transactions and administering leave programs in compliance with company policies and applicable laws. The Administrator acts as a primary point of contact for employees regarding routine benefits and leave inquiries and supports documentation, reporting, and vendor coordination.Β

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Β
- Administers daily benefits processing, including new enrollments, status changes, and terminations in HRIS and vendor systems.Β Β
