General Purpose
Maintain and monitor health, dental, life, disability, and vision benefits for all eligible associates ensuring that all enrollments follow DFA's plan documents, guidelines, and policies. Perform routine to moderately difficult assignments; follow department policies in completing assignments and reviewing and analyzing situations. Work under general guidance with regular check-ins with direct supervisor, while continuing to broaden corporate benefits knowledge and knowledge of the organization.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
+ Review the enrollments of employeeβs health, dental, life, disability, and vision benefits in the HR system to ensure compliance with plan documents, guidelines, and policies
+ Work with the third-party administrator for FMLA and personal leave requests and make leave-related appeal determinations
+ Conduct weekly audits of timekeeping and leave reports
+ Review administration activities...
