Assist guests with luggage handling, directions, transportation arrangements, lobby cleanliness, and general guest inquiries. Deliver courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service to maximize guest satisfaction. Maintain a high standard of grooming and hygiene at all times, as well as maintain good relationships and cooperation with colleagues and all other departments.

**職務内容 -** ゲストの到着・出発時にスムーズで温かいお迎え・お見送りができるよう、ベルサービスおよびゲストサービス、ロビーケア業務を提供します。荷物のお預かり・運搬、館内外のご案内、交通手配、ロビーの清潔維持、ゲストからのお問い合わせ対応などを行います。ゲストの満足度を最大化するために、丁寧でプロフェッショナル、効率的で柔軟なサービスを提供してください。常に高い身だしなみと衛生基準を維持すること、同僚や他のすべての部門との良好な関係と協力関係を維持することも重要です。
