Bell Attendants are in constant communication with the Front Office and Valet to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently. As the first and last impression of the Thompson hotel, this high-profile role carries a special responsibility. 

·The Bell Attendant transports luggage to the guest room for arrivals and transports luggage for departing guests to the hotel entrance or into temporary storage.

·The Bell Attendant also provides arriving guests with a hotel orientation.
