We are working with a structured semh school in Rainham, Havering looking for a Behaviour Support TA who can handle challenge without escalating situations. This is not a passive classroom support role. This is a long-term role starting in September 2026, with strong potential to continue across the academic year. You will be supporting pupils who need clear boundaries, calm adults and consistent routines.
