We are working with a supportive secondary school in South Shields to recruit a Behaviour Mentor for supply and long-term opportunities. The school takes a relationship-led approach, focusing on consistency, clear boundaries and positive role modelling to help pupils thrive.

About the role
Support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
Work 1:1 and in small groups
Help pupils regulate emotions and behaviour
Reinforce positive behaviour strategies
Work closely with pastoral, SEN and teaching staff
