We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Behaviour Manager to join welcoming and supportive secondary schools across Lewisham. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting high standards of behaviour, supporting students both academically and emotionally, and working closely with staff, families, and senior leadership teams to ensure students are able to thrive.
