Job Summary:MaineGeneral is looking for a compassionate and motivated Behavioral Health Unit Assistant/CNA to join our dedicated Behavioral Health team at the Alfond Center for Health in Augusta. In this role, you will support individuals experiencing mental health challenges by providing patient-centered care under the supervision of an RN. Your work will help patients stabilize, develop coping skills, and improve their overall quality of life in alignment with our mission and values.


Job Description:

Position: Behavioral Health Unit Assistant/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Alfond Center for Health, AugustaSchedule: 36 hours/week

Shift: Nights (7p-7a)


What You'll Do:

+ Assists in ensuring patient safety while helping to meet their emotional, physical, recreational, and mental health needs.

+ Assists in maintaining a safe, clean, orderly, and appropriately stocked therapeutic environment.
