**Role Overview:** The Behavioral Health Care Manager (BHCM) is responsible for providing specialized behavioral health care coordination and care management services to support members in achieving optimal mental health outcomes. This role serves as a key point of contact for members, caregivers, providers, and external partners, ensuring continuity of care across all service levels. The BHCM reports to the Behavioral Health Manager in Integrated Health Care Management and supports members through engagement, assessment, care planning, and service coordination.
