**Behavior Technician Substitute – work when you want!**

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking Behavior Technician (BT) substitutes to provide _short term, “on demand” coverage_ across multiple school districts to fill same day and short term openings for 1-1 and classroom support roles. This is a “ **work when you want** ” role, offering high level of flexibility and choice in the shifts you work and can vary week to week based on your schedule and the needs of the districts in and around Nazareth, PA. These are day time school schedule hours only, no evenings or weekends available.

These roles would begin for the 2026/2027 school year

**Responsibilities** :

+ Implement individual and classroom-based behavioral programming, at the direction of supervising case manager(s) and classroom teacher(s)
