**EXPERIENCE WITH MALADAPTIVE BEHAVIORS HIGHLY PREFERRED**

We offer an intense 40 hour PAID training program to become a Behavior Technician where you will learn how to implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician (RBT) will use ABA techniques to encourage, support, and challenge these children to reach new milestones through teaching new skill acquisition and behavior modification.
