To assist the Centre Manager in ensuring quality and reliability in providing befriending services to all socially isolated seniors.

• Conduct regular outreach to the seniors in the identified blocks
• Assist in community assets mapping (blocks, services mapping)
• Assist in outreach events (door‑knocking, needs assessment, info‑sharing sessions)
• Perform befriending duties
• Conduct home visits, track status of seniors, conduct activities with clients
• Recruit befriending volunteers
• Train befriending volunteers
• Mentor senior volunteers to spot early signs of neglect, loneliness, or depression
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Centre Manager

Minimum diploma with 1‑2 years experience in an eldercare setting/community care.

Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, meticulousness, observant.
