This is a permanent, full‑time position (38 hours per week) offering an exciting opportunity to provide strong clinical leadership, operational oversight and people management throughout out hospital.

The Bed and Staffing Manager is a pivotal leadership role within the Hospital, responsible for the efficient and effective management of bed utilisation and casual staffing recruitment and retention. Working closely with the Management and Executive teams, this role plays a critical part in influencing patient flow, optimising length of stay, and ensuring staffing resources align with clinical demand and the Hospital’s strategic objectives.
