As a Beauty Therapist, you will work on the sales floor assisting customers directly, providing high‑quality body therapeutic massage services, consultations, facial treatments, managing the cash register, and helping customers find products in the store.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales target and hit target number of appointments for the day.
• Maintain a healthy KPI UPT / ATV.
• Follow proper grooming and guidelines as an ambassador of the brand.
• Carry out Pili Ani body and beauty treatments to the required standards, ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to.
• Give professional skin‑care advice to clients and promote available Pili Ani Signature Facial treatments.
• Provide guests or customers with full home‑care product recommendations.
• Stay with the clients throughout the treatment, escorting them to and from the reception.
