Job Responsibilities
- Promote the company’s skincare products to customers
- Demonstrate skincare routines or techniques to customers professionally
- Educate & offer expert advice on skincare routines, application techniques, and beauty products.
- Assist customers in selecting products that match their skin type, tone, and concerns.
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Handle phone and walk-in customers' enquiries
- Build rapport with customers and ensure a long-term relationship with them
- Be presentable and maintain good conduct
- Ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions
- Assist in the maintenance of the storehousekeeping
- Preferably with retail sales experience
