Develop and implement customer service improvement measures.
Responsible for (CEM) customer experience management's rating.
Conducting makeup application, facials, and recommending skincare therapies.
Performing permanent/temporary hair removal (electrolysis, laser, waxing).
Advising on personal skincare routines and cross - selling beauty products/therapies.
Scheduling appointments, documenting treatments, maintaining workstation sterility, and managing stock levels.
