Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Pitch and RFP technology ownershipAct as the day-to-day owner of the firm’s pitch and RFP automation technology, ensuring it is stable, well configured and fit for purpose
Translate user needs and business priorities into practical system enhancements and configuration changes
Monitor usage, adoption and performance metrics to ensure the technology delivers measurable value across the organisation
Optimise and embed AI capabilities within the pitching and RFP processes to improve efficiency, quality and consistency of outputs
Own the Ogier-wide approach to capturing, structuring and maintaining credentials, experience and other core pitch and RFP data
Define and implement data standards, governance and quality controls to ensure information is accurate, current and suitable for client-facing use
