Job Description
The BC/DR Analyst owns operational execution of KLDiscovery's enterprise-wide Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery program. This means building and maintaining plans, running Business Impact Analyses, designing and facilitating exercises, and driving post-incident reviews — across every business unit.
This role works directly with IT, Engineering, and business unit stakeholders to document critical dependencies, set recovery objectives, and keep teams ready to respond when something goes wrong. All policy and material updates require Manager approval before publication.

BIA Execution
Lead enterprise-wide BIAs: identify critical operations, map dependencies, and document RTOs and RPOs across all in-scope business units.
Engage business unit owners and IT/Engineering stakeholders to gather and validate BIA inputs.
