**Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time**

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **BCBA** to provide behavioral and consultative support across multiple elementary campuses in Phoenix, AZ. This position is a key member of a collaborative **multi-disciplinary team** working to strengthen student behavior outcomes and build staff capacity through evidence-based practices.

**Core Responsibilities**

+ **Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments** for students referred for behavioral services
+ **Develop and update Behavior Intervention Plans** aligned with assessment findings
