Job Description

The Team Lead will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our hospital premises by providing leadership, direction, and ongoing coaching to our security staff.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and ongoing coaching and training to security staff.
• Maintain excellent deportment and customer service skills as this is a public-facing/front-facing position.
• Liaise with visitors, clients, and staff to address concerns and ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Communicate any concerns or issues with the Site Coordinator in a timely manner.
• Document and investigate security incidents and complaints according to established procedures.
• Ensure all standing orders and scheduled daily activities are carried out for each shift.
