**Job Title: Battery Manufacturing Technician**

This role focuses on producing battery slurry prototypes and supporting pilot-scale manufacturing and R&D activities within a slurry production team. You will mix large-scale slurries using pilot line equipment, perform routine quality control tests, and support process experiments to optimize cell performance and manufacturing capabilities. The position suits a detail-oriented, hands-on technician who can follow standard operating procedures, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and proactively troubleshoot issues. Flexibility to start the workday before 8 a.m.

**Responsibilities**

+ Mix pilot line–scale battery slurries using industrial mixing equipment and follow established process parameters.
+ Operate pilot line machinery and related production equipment safely and efficiently.
