BATCHING PREWEIGHER

Description
This employee is responsible for transferring material from one container to another using appropriate equipment and processes. Pre-Weighers are required to comply with departmental safety requirements, contribute to the quality improvement process and interface and communicate within the department.
Essential Job Functions
+ Employee is required to check the accuracy of scales being used with the registered weight provided on a daily basis, and record this information in the “daily Scale Calibration Log” located in the batching office. If a problem arises notify the batching manager immediately.
+ Pre-weighers are to make sure batches are pre weighed at least one day prior to the scheduled compounding date. The needed information can be found on the weekly batching schedule...
