Concrete Plant Operator | Coomera

Hymix are seeking a reliable, committed and safety-focused Concrete Plant Operator to join our team in Coomera.

In your new role with us, you will:

• Operate a Front-End Loader (FEL)
• Carry out stocktaking of raw materials and other stocks
• Work with dispatch and drivers to achieve efficient starting, finishing, and meal & rest times for drivers
• Maintain the yard
• Organizing and liaising with allocations regarding raw material deliveries
• Minor plant maintenance
• Operating the plant
• Balance our customers’ needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilization and efficiency
• Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements
