Provide comprehensive patient care by assessing medication needs and ensuring safe administration of prescriptionsMaintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with GPhC regulationsCommunicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals to address medication-related inquiriesDemonstrate strong organizational skills to manage inventory and ensure the availability of medicationsUtilise knowledge of anatomy to educate patients on medication effects and interactions
