The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a BAS / CBM Systems Specialist to oversee the facility operations and maintenance at NASA’s Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC), Edwards, CA.

• Ten (10) years’ experience with Siemen's building automation systems Insight.


• Four (4) years’ experience with Siemens Insight/Desigo.


• Must possess a minimum of 10 years of general direct digital control (DDC) systems experience.


• DDC experience in display creation, modification, and programming. Including Siemens basic programing from commissioning a sequence of events on new controller installations as well as use as a troubleshooting tool.


• Knowledge and ability to tune to specific installation requirements, proportional integral (PI) and proportional integral with derivative (PID) as well as all the standard DDC control algorithms.
