Position Summary
The BAS Construction Technician is a key member of the Operations team, responsible for the design assistance, implementation, and commissioning of temperature control systems for high-performance HVAC systems in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. This role ensures that projects are delivered with technical precision while adhering to strict safety and documentation standards.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesI. System Design & Project Planning
+ Control Systems Design: Assist in developing and maintaining the design of complex temperature control systems and related HVAC products.
+ Planning & Logistics: Actively participate in project planning and scheduling to ensure milestone delivery.
+ Documentation: Develop, generate, and maintain all project-specific documentation from inception through completion.
