As a Bartender for BLACKBARN your main goal is to provide exceptional customer service by elevating the guest experience. You have a support team of a barback and fellow bartenders by your side with a management that has your full support, yet you are ultimately responsible for the individual experience of each of your guests. You should always be polite and courteous, anticipating the guest’s needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Proper set up and restock of all bar inventory as per sidework and replenishing as needed.
• Conduct a DOH check-list at the end of each shift
• Greeting guests within 60 seconds of sitting at the bar
• Assessing the guests’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
• Engaging guests and getting them excited
• Up-selling food and beverage whenever possible
