We are seeking a Specialist Bars Bartender
to support the operational management of Elsa’s Cocktail Bar and Bertie’s
Whisky Bar. This role requires a passion for both mixology and whisky, with a
strong focus on product knowledge, service excellence, and atmosphere control –
all contributing to guest satisfaction and maximised sales.
