Job Description
**PER DIEM BARTENDER**
Proctors Collaborative is the Capital Districtβs leading regional arts organization with performing arts venues in Albany, Schenectady and Saratoga, and education, civic engagement and economic development initiatives throughout the region. Weβre changing expectations about how the arts serve a community.
Proctors is seeking per diem bartending staff for our bars on performance days and evenings, and for events in Albany. Hours will fluctuate yet be known well in advance.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Prepare drink orders accurately, neatly, and promptly
+ Maintain correct drink portions
+ Follow cleaning and sanitation standards
+ Understand the Point-of-Sale system
+ Provide exceptional, friendly customer service to all guests
+ Engage in constructive dialog with management and other bartenders in discussion of best practices in all aspects of the workflow. Provide well thought and reasoned feedback...
