Specific Responsibilities:

+ Greets guests with enthusiasm, present them with the menu and take guest orders accurately.
+ Suggest food and beverages to the guest utilizing appropriate methods to upsell, to include the health benefits of supplements and superfood smoothie add ons.
+ Process payment transactions for internal and external guests in a timely manner.
+ Communicate effectively to the guest and aid with questions.
+ Observe guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service. Provide service recovery if necessary and involve appropriate leadership when needed.
