Requirements Sound knowledge of coffee beans and flavour profiles. Ability to consistently prepare a variety of coffee styles (espresso, cappuccino, latte, flat white, americano, etc.) to a high standard. Understanding of food hygiene and health and safety regulations. Strong customer service skills – friendly, professional, and welcoming. Fluency in Afrikaans and English, with professional communication skills. Ability to work with speed and accuracy under pressure, especially during peak hours.
