Position Summary:


This position is responsible for maintaining and stocking bars in accordance with department procedures and standards.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:



+ Receives, fills, and delivers stock orders/requisitions

+ Responsible for keeping bars stocked with supplies including liquor, beer and glassware

+ Cleans floors, equipment, countertops and shelves in assigned outlets



Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:



+ Assists Bartender with maintaining garnishes, washing glassware and overall cleanliness of bars
