- Coordinate and supervise the setup, service, and breakdown of all banquet functions according to event orders (BEOs).
- Lead, train, and motivate the banquet team, conducting pre-event briefings and managing staff schedules.
- Act as the point of contact for guests during events, handling requests, inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and uphold safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
- Work with Culinary, Events, and Sales teams to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Atleast 2+ years of experience in hotel banquet
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
