Who you'll be working for

Banking

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

  • Min Diploma Holder

  • Good to have previous private banking administrative experience

    • What you'll be doing on the job

  • Admin support for the Front Office (including SCAs)

  • Process client onboarding documentation check and provision of general services to Front Office staff

  • Cover/ support activities part of end to end client lifecycle - from onboarding to static maintenance to account closure

  • Work with Front Office to submit instruction to middle office/ back office

  • Depending on the task, it may include entry into system

  • Adhere to Internal policies & procedures and escalate where necessary

  • Handling internal account opening/maintenance/closure instructions and internal transfer

  • Preparation of clients letters
