City-based commercial law firm is looking to recruit two Banking & Finance Litigation lawyers – one of 2 to 4 and the other of 5 or more years’ PQE.

The Banking & Finance Disputes team has a deep knowledge of:

• the financial services sector
• complex financial products
• documentation and financial regulations

The team assists corporates and individuals:

• with disputes involving financial products and documents
• engaged with overseas or domestic financial services regulatory bodies

Matters are often high value and multi-jurisdictional and litigation is one part of the overall strategy for clients to achieve their commercial objectives. The team has the capability to support that strategy through:

• coordinated cross-border action
• injunctive and other urgent relief
• freezing orders
• worldwide tracing actions
