This international Law Firm is currently seeking to recruit a Solicitor to join its Corporate and Leveraged Finance Team in Aberdeen. The team handles a diverse range of practice areas, including leveraged and acquisition finance, TMT finance, corporate lending, and funds finance.

Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, handling lending transactions, providing legal advice to financial institutions, corporations, and fintech businesses on banking and finance matters, collaborating with the Aberdeen and London teams on complex finance deals, and supporting cross-office transactions.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years’ PQE with a background in banking law. While fintech experience is desirable, it is not essential.
