Collection Associate is responsible for ensuring that FLI has a healthy current account portfolio. This is being done through (1)calling out past due accounts and accepting incoming inquiries from past due and cancelled accounts to persuade clients to settle their overdue payments within a specific time period, (2) endorsing accounts qualified for cancellation, (3) conducting initial evaluation before requesting revival of account and (4) reconciling any unposted or incorrectly posted payments for it to be credited to the appropriate contract.

Collection Associate frequently exercises their negotiation and persuasion skills to convince clients to pay while ensuring that we communicated this through a professional and trustworthy manner.
