Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers for home loan documentation and application processes.
- Visit project sites, bank branches, and customer locations as required.
- Collect, verify, and submit loan-related documents.
- Follow up with bank loan departments for application status, approvals, and disbursements.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding loan progress.
- Coordinate with sales, CRM, and banking partners to ensure smooth processing.
- Track pending documents and ensure timely submission.
- Prepare and maintain records of loan applications and status reports.
