Role: Band 6 OT - Social Services, minor and major adaptations 

Days: Monday - Friday 

Hours: 36 hours per week

Pay: £ per hour

Start: ASAP

Length: Ongoing


Requirements:

NHS experience (6 months minimum)

Right to Work in the UK

HCPC Registration
