Overview

The Bancassurance Advisor role will be responsible for providing financial advice to clients on retirement planning, investing in the future, saving for education, and life insurance protection. The successful candidate will generate leads, meet with clients, complete a financial needs analysis, and present customized financial proposals. This role reports to the Head – Regional Wealth Management (Insurance & Wealth Planning).

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with Area Managers and Relationship Managers to strategize and identify potential customers.
• Offer specialized financial guidance and advice to Relationship Managers.
• Assess clients’ financial portfolios and risk appetite, and complete financial needs analysis.
• Meet and follow‑up with potential customers after appointments and attend to customers’ request on the policy until it turns into production.
