As a Baler, you will be part of the operations supporting the recycling and processing department. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Shift: 6am-2:30pm**

**What's the Job?**

+ Operate the baler safely following operating instructions and safety locking mechanisms.
+ Keep all appendages, tools, and PPE away from the workings of the machine to ensure safety.
+ Report processed materials accurately and update forms daily.
+ Meet or exceed the minimum team goal of 7 bales per hour.
+ Report mechanical issues immediately to the Site Manager and Baler Technician Manager.
