Balcony Façade Glass Stabilization and Support Rectification - DIAMOND TOWER

Scope of Work- Conduct a detailed inspection of the existing balcony façade glass installation
- Carefully remove the affected balcony façade glass panel without causing damage to the glass or surrounding finishes.
- Assess the existing fixing arrangement and identify deficiencies in the support system.
- Supply and install appropriate support brackets, anchors, fixing components, and all necessary accessories in accordance with façade engineering requirements and industry standards.
- Replace any damaged, missing, or inadequate supporting materials to ensure proper restraint and stability of the glass panel.
- Reinstall the balcony façade glass panel using the approved fixing and support system.
