About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. In this role you will prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional recipes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs by measuring ingredients and mixing them according to recipes.
• Shape doughs into various forms such as loaves or rolls before baking them in ovens.
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed.
• Decorate finished products with icing or other toppings as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station and equipment at all times.
• Follow food safety standards and regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production of baked goods.
• Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or issues to supervisor.
