Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Application and Background Evaluation: Independently conduct thorough reviews of driver applications and consumer reports, verifying employment history, identifying gaps, and documenting verification results.
  • Compliance and Driver Eligibility Determination and Decision Making: Conduct compliance and eligibility assessments by evaluating driver applications and verification details, making decisions on additional criminal history and motor vehicle reports as needed; proactively identify and flag applications that do not meet company standards, placing holds on driver files and initiating corrective actions for unmet employment or Tractor Trailer School requirements.
  • Professional Communication and Issue Resolution: Maintain effective communication with applicants, previous employers, internal supervisors, and the safety department to resolve file discrepancies promptly, ensuring timely and accurate ...
