Job Description
The Backend Software Developer will design, build, and maintain backend services and data-driven applications, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
Position Responsibilities:
Monitoring/logging/alerting (ELK, Prometheus/Grafana) and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of data security and compliance (encryption, auditing, RBAC, data masking).
Automated testing awareness (unit/integration/regression).
Willingness to join on‑call rotations and incident response.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as application developer in IT projects
Strong proficiency in writing database queries, stored procedures, and using SQL, including DML and DDL.
Good in Python and C#/.NET.
Familiar with CI/CD practices and source control (Git, Jira, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
