Job Description

We need experienced candidates to fill the position as BACK OFFICE ADMIN in Dubai.

The Admin must have good communication skills through the phone.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to have managerial skills like:
  • Follow up the pickup and drop for the staff.
  • Organize the schedule considering the road status and other bookings.
  • Maintaining a good relationship with the customer.
  • Follow up with the staff that attended the cleaning service.
  • Handling the LPO (Gate pass).
  • Follow up the pending payment.
  • Doing a quality check with the customer through the phone.
  • Build relationship between the company and the customer through the phone.
  • Ability to communicate with the staff and the customer through whatsApp, Email and Phone.
