Are you ready for a challenging role in the international environment of DAF Used Trucks? Within the Used Trucks department, HubSpot is used as the CRM platform to manage and follow up on incoming sales leads. During this internsihp, you will focus on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of this lead follow-up process by analysing current practices and proposing concrete improvements.
Your main activities will include:

  • Analysing the existing lead follow-up process in HubSpot across multiple European countries
  • Investigating which information is required to support more effective en efficient lead management
  • Setting up an universal lead follow-up strategy within HubSpot
    • In addition, you will contribute to strengthening daily sales operations by:
  • Developing HubSpot reports to optimally support the European Used Trucks sales organisations
