The Team Player's Role & Requirements

At Front Runner, our B2C Sales Representatives are the front line of selling our products and services to the public consumers. It is a B2C Representative’s responsibility to listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale. Our B2C representatives will also maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via regular follow-up telephone calls and emails. Potential new customers should also be sourced by B2C Representatives in order to build the brand.
