Job Description
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls for existing accounts and new customer acquisition
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotations using the client’s ERP system
- Effectively negotiating pricing, payment terms, and sales conditions
- Provide dedicated pre-sales support and thorough post-sales follow-up
- Regularly engage with customers to strengthen long-term relationships
- Conduct proactive telemarketing campaigns to warm and cold leads provided via CRM
- Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales quotas, consistently meeting KPIs related to call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with other teams to elevate and resolve complex customer issues and provide valuable feedback for product improvement
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, ensuring familiarity with all key features and functionality, to effectively address customer queries
