PURPOSEOF THE ROLE

• Conductoutbound calls to prospective customers using provideddatabases and dialler systems.
• Introducethe company, its products or services, and the purpose ofthe call in a clear and professional manner.
• Identifyand qualify potential leads based on defined criteria (e.g.Interest, eligibility, need).
• Captureaccurate customer and lead information on CRM or leadmanagement systems.
• Bookcallbacks, appointments, or referrals for senior sales oradvisory teams where required.
